REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Returns and Exchanges As a reseller of items that are not new-in-the-box, requests to return or exchange are considered only on a case-by-case basis. Prior to sale, items are meticulously photographed and described in detail; thus, the standing policy of Authentic Designer Handbags & More LLC is that: All sales are final. No return policy. No exchange policy. We make every effort to ensure the item shipped is the item you purchased. Due simply to human error, there have been rare cases where the wrong item was shipped to a buyer. Sometimes we realize it before the package is delivered and will reach out to you, but other times we first learn of it from you. Authenticity is guaranteed, but you can pursue independent confirmation from third-party authenticators at your expense. Description, pictures, videos, or real-time presentations of products are true and fully disclose any items for sale.
