All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.  Provide your email address to receive tracking information once your order is on the way!

Shipping Cost

No need to worry! Free standard shipping domestically via USPS [United States Postal Service] and UPS [United Parcel Service].  This includes APO and FPO addresses!

Special shipping such as expedited, overnight, weekend, etc. can be arranged!  Use the Contact Us page and we will provide all available options and their costs.  We discount your chosen shipping method cost by the cost of standard shipping.

In most cases, we can even cover the cost of international shipping!  Some restrictions apply. Contact Us regarding the specific item(s) you plan to purchase, and we will reply with shipment options, costs and estimated delivery times.

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within three business days, often sooner.  Orders are not guaranteed to ship or deliver on weekends and holidays, but we do our best!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.  The USPS transit estimates below are averages based on historical performance data.

Tracking Your Order

Once your shipping label is purchased, you will receive a tracking email within ten minutes.  Please check Junk or Spam folders if you do not see the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS and UPS to reflect updates (scan events) on their tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  Import duties, taxes and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges, if imposed, are the buyer’s responsibility.  Please ask your local customs office for details.

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, always contact us first.

Do not attempt to file a claim with USPS or UPS yourself until you hear back from us.

We use a terrific shipping service, Pirate Ship, to buy and create shipping labels.  Their connections and dedicated support team facilitate the claims process. If your package has extra insurance, Pirate Ship will file the claim directly with Shipsurance.  As the shipper and the one who purchased coverage through Pirate Ship, only I can initiate the claim.

Authentic Designer Handbags & More LLC will file a claim and offer to you a refund or a substitute item that you may have your eyes on.  All I ask is your cooperation during the claim process.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately of the exterior package damage.  Once you photograph the damaged packaging, you should check inside.  Many times, the packaging did “its job” to protect your item(s) and the damage was limited only to the packaging.  In case the item(s) were damaged, or if something is missing, save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes.

Notice of a damaged or missing item must be provided within three days of delivery.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and are your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.

Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc. before consulting Authentic Designer Handbags & More LLC. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.

Insurance Coverage

All our USPS Priority Mail shipments are insured a minimum of $100.  For missing shipments, we can file the claim after 15 calendar days from the date of the shipment, but no later than 60 days.  For damaged items or a package that has missing item(s), you need to notify us immediately.

It is best to take photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents, and/or sign an affidavit that we send you once we begin the claim process.

Good Faith Cooperation

When an insurance claim needs to be filed for a shipment, both Authentic Designer Handbags & More LLC and you, the recipient, acknowledge both parties’ respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary timeframe as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of insurance coverage. Should either party be unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties necessary for a successful claim approval, they may be liable for any losses not recovered.
