Warranty Information

As a reseller of items that are not new-in-the-box, we do not offer a warranty.

The nature of the resale market means all items will have at least some imperfections. To that end and in keeping with high, personal standards, items are described and photographed in detail, including any defects. This level of full disclosure and transparency is hard to find and greatly distinguishes me from competitors. Your only surprise might just be that the item you receive looks even better than its pictures. To our delight, we have routinely exceeded customers’ expectations and when they write to tell us that or leave a sparkling review, it makes our day!

Naturally we do warrant that all items are authentic. We buy only from trusted wholesalers who warrant authenticity. Upon delivery we examine our items before making available to our valued customers. You can pursue confirmation from 3rd party authenticators, at a nominal expense. Some buyers have done this, not because they don’t trust us (smile) but because having an electronic or paper certificate of authentication can come in handy for reselling in the future, giving as a gift, leaving for inheritance or, knock on wood, filing a loss or damage insurance claim.
